Doug Quinn, President and Partner of Centro de Negocios Deportivos, is one of the industry’s top executives in international sports and entertainment. A proven leader with over twenty-five years of experience building and managing successful commercial businesses, Quinn not only developed and executed numerous strategic innovations for leaders in sports like the National Football League, Major League Soccer, the Mexican Football Federation and the United States Soccer Association, but also was responsible for generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and profits. Quinn also launched the “ISBI 360° Virtual Training", Sales and Recruitment Network, a partnership with a group of C-level talent including virtual educators and technology specialists, that has transformed the training, retention of sports professionals and the way clubs can maximize ticket sales.

Quinn earned his bachelor’s degrees in both Marketing and English Literature from Southern Methodist University in 1985 and an MBA concentrating in International Business and Finance from the University of Texas in 1989.
Director of Operations and Partner at CND, is a proven leader with over ten years of experience in partnership and grassroots marketing; business development; sales; event operations and facility management; working directly with professional sports Leagues and Teams throughout North America (e.g. MLS, LIGA MX, MLB, NFL, NHL, MiLB). Through his two companies, Centro de Negocios Deportivos (CND) and ISBI 360° Virtual Training, Sales and Recruitment Network, he has transformed the training and retention of sports professionals, how clubs can maximize tickets sales and talent recruitment; improved performance, increased job satisfaction and the overall fan experience based on the needs of our ever-changing world. Sean earned his bachelor’s degrees in Science, Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Kansas State University.
Bill is CND’s Chief Learning Officer, and has been with the company since its inception in 2016. Bill is a master sales trainer, facilitator and curriculum designer with nearly 20 years of working with the ticket sales departments of over (100) individual sports teams in the US, Canada and Mexico. He is a two-time published author and keynote speaker, and also serves as Chief Learning Officer of ISBI 360, the virtual training network created specifically for executives in sports & entertainment.
Bill’s deep background in sales and leadership includes many years in broadcast media as a sales rep, sales manager and General Manager of radio properties in the US Midwest. He is an eSpeakers Certified Virtual Presenter, and is Immediate Past President of the Illinois chapter of the National Speakers Association (US).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN, and serves as a Board member of the Baylor University Center for Sports Strategy and Sales.
Michel Richaud is the Executive Director of CND. He has more than 10 years of experience in the sports industry. Michel has held positions at different levels in football clubs both in Mexico and the United States. In addition, he founded Deportes Inc., a platform that publishes information specialized in sports business. From this platform, he has also offered consulting services to different entities related to the sports industry. Michel is an economist from Universidad Iberoamericana (2009) and has an MBA from the George Washington University (2015).
Luis Alfonso joined CND in 2019, he is currently the Senior Consulting Manager. He has experience in the marketing area of international companies such as Kimberly Clark de México and Grupo Bimbo. He also worked at You First Sports Barcelona, where he was part of the team in charge of organizing and managing events, and executing sports sponsorship activities.
Luis Alfonso graduated with a degree in Administration and Marketing from Universidad Panamericana (2015), a diploma in Sports Marketing from the Johan Cruyff Institute Mexico (2017) and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and Direction from the Pompeu Fabra BSM University of Barcelona (2019).
Marien is the Consulting Manager of CND, she has more than 5 years of experience in the Sports and Esports sectors specifically in Communications and Marketing. She has worked for teams such as Club América and Pittsburgh Knights (Esports). She also worked at Minerva MKT, a sports marketing agency in Barcelona, where she was part of the Communications team in charge of Petronas Motorsports' social networks for MotoGP.
Marien graduated with a degree in Communications from Universidad de las Américas A.C. (2017), a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Pompeu Fabra BSM University of Barcelona (2020), and a diploma in Sponsorships and Athletes' Representation from the same university (2020).
Paloma graduated with a degree of International Relations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). She worked for Fundación para la Justicia where she investigated on topics related to human rights. She is currently undergoing a certificate on Sports Management at Universidad Panamericana.

Luis Ángel es licenciado en Comunicación con especialización en Mercadotecnia y Publicidad por la Universidad Anáhuac. Su trayectoria profesional se ha desarrollado principalmente en el ámbito del marketing, donde ha diseñado estrategias e implementado nuevas ideas para optimizar la experiencia de los consumidores con diversas marcas. Además, cuenta con experiencia en la Fórmula 1, lo que le ha permitido adquirir conocimientos clave en el sector deportivo y en la experiencia del aficionado.
